1. No Refund Policy for Digital Products
All digital products, downloadable resources, and toolkits sold by Creative Legacy Lab are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased. This includes, but is not limited to:

🚨 Why Are Digital Products Non-Refundable?
Since digital products are immediately accessible upon purchase, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Refunds are only issued in cases of duplicate charges or technical errors on our end.

2. Membership & Subscription Cancellation Policy
Creative Legacy Lab offers subscription-based memberships that provide exclusive digital content and ongoing resources. If you have an active monthly or annual membership, the following cancellation rules apply:
✔ You may cancel at any time, but refunds will NOT be provided for past payments.
✔ Your cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access until that period expires.
✔ Failure to cancel before your renewal date will result in an automatic charge.
📌 How to Cancel a Membership:
To cancel your subscription, log into your account and go to Billing Settings or email ellie@creativelegacylab.com at least 3 business days before your renewal date.
🚨 Refunds are not issued for failure to cancel on time. It is the customer’s responsibility to manage their subscription.
3. Refund Policy for Coaching, Consulting & Services
Our VIP monetization calls, one-on-one coaching sessions, and consulting services require time, expertise, and scheduling commitments. For this reason:
🚨 Refunds are NOT provided for coaching services once booked.
📌 Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or no-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.
🚨 Exceptions: Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis if:
✔ The service was not delivered due to an issue on our end.
✔ A duplicate charge occurred and was verified by our support team.

4. Chargebacks & Unauthorized Payment Disputes
🚨 Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action and permanent account suspension.
If you have an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us directly at ellie@creativelegacylab.com before disputing a transaction with your bank.
❌ Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
🔹 Immediate termination of your account and access to purchased digital products.
🔹 Forfeiture of all memberships and subscriptions.
🔹 Reporting to fraud prevention databases for unauthorized disputes.
📌 If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us, we reserve the right to pursue legal action for violation of purchase agreements.
5. Refund Policy for Duplicate Charges & Technical Errors
✔ If you were accidentally charged twice for the same product, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge.
✔ If a technical error prevents you from accessing a purchased product, we will either resolve the issue or provide a refund if the issue cannot be fixed.
📌 Refund requests for duplicate charges or technical issues must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

6. Policy on Refunds for Unused Products or Services

📌 Not using a product or failing to download/access it does not qualify for a refund. All purchases grant lifetime access (unless stated otherwise), so users can download and utilize them at their convenience.
